Partnership with Beauty Changes LivesĮWC has a history of providing philanthropic support to impactful organizations who align with our values and focus on empowering people. In 2022, we launched the “Champions in Confidence” EWC associate scholarship in partnership with Beauty Changes Lives that awards two $10,000 scholarships to EWC associates to help them pursue a career in waxing.
One way we’re doing that is by investing in our associates’ development to help them achieve their goals and build a long-lasting career. Under the Unlock pillar, we seek to open opportunities and careers people love through expert guidance, mentorship and scholarship.
